Where do you ship?
Currently shipping to all 50 US states. International shipping? Not yet, but we’re working on it.
Why do some fundraiser orders take longer to ship?
Here’s something cool: For some fundraisers, we batch orders together and roast them all at once when the campaign wraps up. Why? So your coffee arrives at peak freshness—roasted just for you, not sitting on a shelf. We’ll always let you know the expected ship date when you order. Think of it this way: you’re not just supporting a great cause, you’re getting coffee that’s fresher than what most people get from their local shop.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping: Orders $75 and up ship free. All other are just $8.
How long does processing take?
Shipping occurs once your order is fresh roasted along with the other orders for this particular fundraiser. We’ll keep you in the loop on when to expect your delivery.
Tracking & Delivery
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info. Lost your tracking? Email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll get you sorted.
What if my package says delivered but I don’t see it?
Check with neighbors, look for a safe spot where it might have been left, and wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early). Still missing? Contact us immediately and we’ll help track it down or send a replacement.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately if you need to change your address. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually fix it. If it’s already out for delivery, we’ll try to redirect it, though additional charges may apply.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your coffee. Period. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. Our 30-day happiness guarantee means if you’re not thrilled with your coffee, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll either send you a replacement or refund your money—your choice. No interrogation, no hoops to jump through.
When do you always guarantee a replacement or refund?
Damaged in shipping? We’ve got you covered. Wrong order arrived? We’ll fix it immediately. Quality issue with the coffee? Tell us what happened and we’ll make it right. Package never showed up? We’ll track it down or send a new one.
What do I need to do to get a refund or replacement?
Reach out within 30 days of delivery. For quality issues, let us know what went wrong so we can improve. For damaged items, a quick photo helps us work with our shipping partners. That’s it—we keep it simple.
Are there any exceptions to your return policy?
For food safety reasons, we can’t accept back coffee that’s been opened and consumed. We also can’t process returns for orders older than 30 days. For gift purchases, the recipient needs to contact us directly.
What if I bought coffee to support a fundraiser?
Same policy applies. Your purchase supports their cause whether you keep the coffee or not—refunds don’t affect their fundraising totals. The team still gets credit for your support.
Subscriptions & Cancellations
How do I cancel my coffee subscription?
Two easy ways: Log into your account and manage your subscription settings, or email us at [email protected]. Either way, we’ll take care of it—no questions asked, no hassle.
When does my cancellation take effect?
Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again. Already processed this month’s order? You’ll still get that delivery, but nothing after that. We’ll send you a confirmation email so you know exactly what to expect.
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
Absolutely. Going on vacation? Coffee cabinet overflowing? Just let us know and we’ll pause your deliveries. Resume whenever you’re ready. Manage it yourself in your account or shoot us an email—we’re flexible.
What if I cancel but change my mind?
No problem. You can restart your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting us. Your coffee will be waiting whenever you’re ready to come back.
Does canceling affect the fundraiser I’m supporting?
They keep the credit for every delivery you’ve already received. If you cancel, future months won’t count toward their fundraising—but everything up to that point still supports their cause.
